H3C Partnership Introduction
H3C has entered international markets to offer IT industry enterprises worldwide opportunities to become leading Digital Solutions providers. We welcome IT industry enterprises to become H3C authorized partners. The different types of H3C international partnerships available are as follows:

Authorized Distributor (AD)

  • 1.

    An H3C non-exclusive distributor for the sales of H3C authorized network products in territories approved by H3C.

  • 2.

    A sales and service center for H3C authorized network products that places purchase orders directly from H3C.

  • 3.

    An import/export, logistics and capital flow platform that assists H3C in products supply, customs clearance, imports and exports, as well as payments.

  • 4.

    A service platform, providing technical support, a call center, spare parts, trainings and other services to downstream channels and end users.

  • 5.

    Direct selling of network products, authorized for runrate for downstream channels and for providing after-sales services.

  • 6.

    Developing downstream channels, assisting H3C to expand its market and carrying out in-depth H3C brand building.

Advanced Certified Partner Distributor (ACPD)

  • 1.

    Large and medium-sized regional industry integrators that can directly place purchase orders from H3C for authorized network products in certain industries & regions approved by H3C.

  • 2.

    Having in-depth market background, strong customer resources, and comprehensive advantages and influences, in a specific industry or multiple industries or among key accounts, with business coverage in most of the markets in the region.

  • 3.

    Has non-exclusive rights to resell and provide technical services for H3C authorized products to customers in certain industries & regions approved by H3C.

  • 4.

    For projects beyond the authorized industries, purchase orders must be placed from the regional H3C AD.

Advanced Certified Partner (ACP)

  • 1.

    Has a strong industry background and resource advantages, acts as a major partner, a brand publicity center and a technical service center for H3C in regional markets.

  • 2.

    Integrated solution providers and service providers of H3C products oriented to industry customers. / Product & solutions providers and service providers of H3C products oriented to distribution markets and SMB.

  • 3.

    Places purchase orders from the regional H3C AD and takes responsibility for sales and technical services to resellers or end users in the authorized territories or industries.

Certified Partner (CP)

  • 1.

    Integrated solution providers and service providers of H3C products oriented to industry customers / Product & solutions providers and service providers of H3C products oriented to distribution markets and SMB.

  • 2.

    Places purchase orders from the regional H3C AD and takes responsibility for sales and technical services to resellers or end users in the authorized territories or industries.

  • 3.

    As a junior certified partner of H3C, it is not entitled to H3C direct policy support, but allowed to apply for upgrading after the sales scale and service level reach the ACP standard.

Service Provider (SP)

  • 1.

    Integrated solution providers and service providers of H3C products oriented to industry customers; places purchase orders directly from H3C for project service.

  • 2.

    Responsible for providing services to end users in the authorized territories or industries; entitled to the complete service policy support of H3C.
